Oh, yes they are. I've accumulated a nice batch of numbers. Even an occasional letter! Well, maybe more than occasional.
The batch above was found at my third favorite thrift store last week...
I gravitate to them like a June Bug to a porch light.
Why?
Oh, there are projects bouncing around my brain,
but meanwhile, I grab a number or two every time I find them.
That is IF they're cheap. I've paid .5c, .15c, .25c or .50c. I rarely pay more...unless they're special.
The ones above are special. I think I paid a buck for them. Usually, they're not special...still, they just grab me.
My SECOND favorite thrift store - AKA Jack & Greg's - is moving. Or something. Last week, Greg broke the news.
Apparently, the building was designated a historical place or something. Maybe a junky store is not the type of lessee they have in mind, now that they're historical or something.
Hmmm...I wonder if the bail bond place next door will have to move as well?
Oh, well. It was nice while it lasted. Maybe I can visit them in a new location. Hopefully, their number is not up.
Otherwise, I might have to start visiting some new places.
I know, I know. It's a tough job, but I think I'm up to the task!
At least, I have my green wagon to remember them...

So cute. I'm lovin' that P. Looks like a branding iron P or something. Sorry to hear about the store moving. Hopefully it will be nearby and you won't have to give them up. I'm sure they don't want you to give them up either! The numbers are intriguing aren't they? I'm getting a collection going to. For what, I'm not sure yet.

That's a lot of numbers. Love them all and look forward to seeing all the projects that you have in mind for them.
I've been in the process of making numbers, on wood that is. I'm up to 60 numbers now, still working on them to put in my booth and also use some around our home. Numbers are fun!!
I love numbers too...maybe we should play the lottery...but maybe not :)
I'm looking forward to seeing what you are going to do with those numbers. You are so creative! Your blog is one of my favorites, but I don't know how you get so much done!
