Martha and Annie Have a New Friend...

I found her at one of my fave thrift stores
and she only set me back five bucks.

She has some great Frenchy lines.
Pretty nice carving, too.

However she does have a few minor issues.
But then, who doesn't?

A little therapy should do the trick.

I plan on painting her in ASCP French Linen,
when I get some...

And she needs some new fabric, too.
I just wanted to introduce you to
this sweet new girl. She's keeping Martha
company now in the living room.

Annie is hanging out on the other side of the room.

She's looking forward to her makeover.
So are the other two ladies and I!
Now for a name...any ideas?

Colette? Fifi? Giselle? Marie?

Word for the Day:

Ecclesiastes 4:12

And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threestrand cord is not quickly broken.

  2. naming furnitures is dangerous! ...they became like pets...and you can never get rid of them :) ...but it looks lovely, so it will probably stick around for a good while
